It is sad to see how the poor translations of the Holy Texts of the Divine have usurped the Holy Teaching, and as a result, misconceptions abound upon the earth. Today, I discovered that a county clerk in the United States refused to issue a marriage license to a gay couple based upon religious beliefs, and is now in jail. When asked on whose authority the license was being denied, she claimed, “Under God’s authority.”

It is sad, but the clerk’s misconception of God’s Holy Teaching is based upon the inept translation of a few verses from the Old Testament of the Bible. To be clear, there are not just a few questionable verses in the Bible, the translation of the whole of the text is a travesty. The many translations of the Holy Aramaic and Hebrew Texts of the Bible into English, or Spanish, or German, or whatever, are far from the truth. Remember, the Holy Texts of the Bible are the Words of God, but the translations are not. It is a sad state of affairs upon the earth today, because the many translations in print of the Rigveda, the Yoga Sutras, the Upanishads, the Pali Texts, the Quran, and so on, are translated just as poorly, so misconceptions abound upon the earth.

I am delighted to say that the Holy Teaching of the Divine Absolute is easy to understand and does not require a lot of reading. God creates this amazing universe, gives life to all living beings to be happy in, and therein, is the teaching. A loving God brings the life breath to saint and sinner alike. God does not discriminate. It does not matter the skin color, gender, sexual or religious preference. It does not matter because God is for equality; the teaching is to be kind to all living beings, so that everyone can be happy.

I know that some have said that Christianity is under attack in the United States. Christianity is not under attack, but parts of its current doctrine are, and should be.

Here is a verse from the Sacred Knowledge about doing the right thing.

To be kind and say prayers,

For those who strike and insult,

And please heaven with compassion on the earth.
