The Veda is the Sacred Teaching of Brahma for being with in heavenly bliss. That is the ultimate aim, and therein is the practical advice for living happily upon the earth. The word Veda means Sacred Teaching in Sanskrit and the teaching recommends kindness towards others, a vegetarian diet, waking early for prostrations, and taking deep breaths through the nose for purity and such, and therein is the way to living healthily and happily.
To me any day is a Day of Brahma, but it usually means the period of time when the universe emerges with the Big Bang until reabsorption (like breathing out and in). The rumble began about 14 billion years ago and the universe is still expanding. It is immense with many hundreds of billions of galaxies. Our solar system is located 27,000 light years from the galactic center of the Milky Way galaxy that has over 100 billion stars and many more planets. Astronomers believe there are about 40 billion planets the same distance from their Sun as the earth so that conditions could similarly be favorable for life.
The Veda says the Creator likes diversity, and I can see that. Just about every nook and cranny of the earth is teeming with life. From the movement of subatomic particles to the movement of galaxies through the vastness of space, the wind of Brahma is the mover. The Universal One supports every moving creature upon the earth and has a likeness for diversity so I suspect the universe is teeming with life, and where there are creatures with the ability to discern right from wrong, the Supreme Teaching of going toward others with kindness will be there.
I wonder if they are doing any better following the Path than we are here on earth. Here is a verse from the Veda for a Good Day with Brahma.
For good health to drink the nectar and be awakened for singing the knowledge of heaven, obtaining imperishable matter brings happiness for traveling the Path with the knowledge to grow with the breath for the nectar of breath, and for that reason to happily offer the breath to be complete.
